Great group! I appreciate Chuck’s honesty & expertise during the walk-through. He was able to lead us on what to do first & through the entire process as this was our first time selling a property. The fact that he has people/agencies to recommend for repairs, etc made it less stressful for us. Any questions or concerns that we had were immediately handled. i was totally pleased with my experience with johnson property group especially with Melissa Gylstrand who went above and beyond what i had expected. She went out of her way to send me new listings every day for about 3 months to me while I was in SLC Utah. She would go out to the property to take additional pictures. and her attention to detail was outstanding. Once I made the offer she found out the problems under due diligence and made sure they were fixed. Her information was always correct and she always followed through with the things, and helped me out with things after closing that she didn’t have to do.
